Buell Blast or Suzuki Savage

I had pretty much made up my mind to get a Savage, as I am a fan of bikes in the 500 to 650cc range. I especially like the idea of a belt drive thumper, so the Suzuki was the choice. Drat!! Now Buell comes along with the belt drive 492cc Blast and throws a wrench into my plans. Any suggestions as to choice? It seems like the Buell might be a little faster and definitely better handling without the raked out front end. Thanks for all the opinions!
